PSYCHEDELIC PREPARATION +INTEGRATION SUPPORT
Psychedelic experiences can be profound, challenging, and sometimes difficult to make sense of alone. I offer psychological support for those preparing for an upcoming journey, as well as those seeking to integrate and make meaning from one that has already occurred. This service operates from a harm reduction framework, helping you approach altered states of consciousness with greater awareness and ability to integrate what you discover into your broader life.
Who This Service Is For
This service may be helpful if you:
Are planning a psychedelic journey (such as attending a legal plant medicine retreat overseas) and want to prepare psychologically
Have recently had a psychedelic experience and want support to process and integrate it
Had a psychedelic experience in the past that you have not fully processed
Experienced a challenging or adverse reaction and are struggling to return to baseline
PREPARATION SUPPORT
Preparation involves exploring your intentions, understanding what you might encounter, and developing practical and psychological readiness. We may explore your current mental health, life circumstances, and what you hope to gain from the experience. This process can help you approach your journey with greater clarity and reduce the likelihood of difficult or overwhelming experiences.
INTEGRATION SUPPORT
Psychedelic experiences can bring forward intense emotions, vivid imagery, and shifts in perspective that may be difficult to understand or apply without support. Integration is the process of making sense of your experience and identifying practical ways to honour any insights in your daily life.
WHAT THIS SERVICE IS NOT
While I hold a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and bring this specialised training to my preparation and integration work, this is a psychological support service, not psychedelic-assisted therapy. I do not prescribe, provide, administer, or supervise the use of any substances, and I cannot recommend or refer you to any source for obtaining these substances, outside of the Authorised Prescriber pathway.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS
Many psychedelic substances remain controlled or prohibited in Australia outside of the Authorised Prescriber pathway. I do not encourage or endorse the use of illegal substances. However, I recognise that people do make their own choices about psychedelic use, and I believe that access to professional support is important for those who have made or will make such choices. This service is provided for harm reduction purposes to support safety and wellbeing.
